We allow returns for 7 days after your order was delivered for defective or damaged items. The item must in transit back to us within this time period. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached.
Swimwear is NOT eligible for exchanges.
To complete your return, we require you email us first to notify us it's coming with a photo of the defect at email@example.com, we will then issue a return label to return the item. When mailing, be sure to include the order number.
Once your return is received and defect is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with the refund.
Your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed.
