We are seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead our 30A location for Love and Grow Clothing—a children’s boutique offering thoughtfully designed clothing, toys, and gifts.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with families, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is excited to create a warm, joyful, and elevated in-store experience. As Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand—leading your team, driving sales, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the heart behind Love and Grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing, customer-focused team
• Foster a positive, upbeat, and supportive team culture
• Lead by example in sales, service, and daily operations
• Create and manage staff schedules efficiently

Sales & Performance

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Analyze store performance and implement growth strategies
• Maintain strong knowledge of all products, launches, and promotions
• Execute selling strategies that feel natural, helpful, and relationship-driven

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional, welcoming experience for families and children
• Build genuine relationships with customers and the local 30A community
• Assist with styling, gifting, and product recommendations
• Handle customer concerns with care, kindness, and professionalism

Operations & Merchandising

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain beautiful, organized visual merchandising and displays
• Manage inventory, restocks, and loss prevention
• Ensure store cleanliness and a polished, inviting environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience (boutique or children’s retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Sales-driven with a warm, customer-first mindset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
