Order & Quantity Minimum 

• $350 minimum per order (based on wholesale pricing, before shipping and taxes).
• You must order a minimum of 7 sizes per product, does not apply to reorders. 

Pricing

• Wholesale pricing is available upon account approval.
• Prices may vary by collection and are subject to change.
• Wholesale orders are not eligible for retail promotions or free shipping unless noted.
• Shipping is not included and calculated at check out based on total weight. 
• All items must match our retail price. 

Ordering & Payment

• Orders are placed through our wholesale portal or approved line sheets.
  
• Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
• Full payment is required prior to processing unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
• Items cannot be sold until before they have been released on our website. 

Shipping Timeline

• In-stock items typically ship within 3-4 business days.
• Pre-order or made-to-order items ship per timelines listed online or on the product line sheet.
• All timelines are estimates and may vary.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.
• Carrier delays or delivery issues are outside of our control once orders leave our facility. 
• Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Returns & Cancellations

• All wholesale orders are final sale.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
• Approved cancellations prior to processing may be subject to a fee.

Brand Guidelines

• Retailers agree to follow all resale guidelines.
• Third-party marketplace selling (Amazon, Walmart, ect.) is not permitted.
• Approved retailers may use provided product images for marketing purposes only.

Exclusivity

• Exclusivity is not granted unless outlined in a separate written agreement.
