We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.

Refund Method

All approved returns are refunded as store credit. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and a flat $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. All returns are subject to manual review and approval.

Final Sale Items

Children's swimsuits and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Women's swimwear is eligible for return, as all styles include a hygienic liner. Preorders are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned for store credit. 

How It Works

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email.
  2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason for return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
  4. Ship your item(s) back using the provided label.
  5. When we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued.

Flawed Item Policy

If you receive a flawed or defective item, please submit your return or exchange request through our Return Portal within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must:

  • Be submitted through the Return Portal within 7 days of delivery
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Be in unworn and unwashed condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer.

We carefully inspect all items before shipment; however, if a flaw is discovered upon receipt, we are happy to review your request and work toward a resolution. Please use our Return Portal to begin the process.
